Vá ao Cartório de Registro de Imóveis: Com os documentos em mãos, dirija-se ao Cartório de Registro de Imóveis onde seu imóvel está registrado. Lá, você solicitará a averbação da quitação.
Acompanhe e Retire a Matrícula Atualizada: O Cartório fará o procedimento e emitirá uma nova matrícula (ou uma certidão da matrícula atualizada) sem o registro da dívida.
Pronto! Seu imóvel estará oficialmente livre de qualquer vínculo com o financiamento. ✨
